To help guarantee the safest and least disruptive atmosphere possible, the venue has the following rules and policies in place. Failure to abide by the policies below may result in expulsion from the venue. Please read and review the following rules and policies.

Accessibility Policy

To help ensure that everyone can enjoy events equally, the staff at Daily’s Place Amphitheater offers the following ADA-compliant measures.

  • ADA approved restrooms and gate access is available. Elevators are also available that will take you to many of the venue’s levels. Event staff will help guide you.

  • The venue will have more information soon on hearing accessibility, service animals, parking drop off, and other ADA services. You may call 904-633-2000 to find out the latest.

Arrival Policy

Gates open one-hour before a ticketed show’s start time. All shows start promptly at the time listed on tickets and programs. Late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break or rest period. To avoid frustrations, event staff recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before showtime so you have plenty of time to find your seat.

Bag Policy

Event staff reserves the right to inspect any bags for inspection. Guests have the right to refuse searches and event staff reserve the right to deny entry. Any prohibited items may be returned to your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

Events at Daily’s Place occur no matter the weather. However, if inclement weather forces events to cancel, guests will be asked to follow an emergency response protocol. You may contact 904-633-6544 if you have any questions on possible refund or rescheduling policies in these situations.

Children Policy

Some shows or events may not be appropriate for younger children. Please refer to the event description or program guide for help in selecting the right events for your family. Children between ages 1-23 months do not require their ticket as long as they remain in an accompanying adult’s lap. All other children require their tickets. If a child is disruptive during certain shows, they and their accompanying parent may be asked to wait in the lobby.

Food Policy

Outside food is permitted inside Daily’s Place as long as it is unwrapped and inside a one-gallon clear plastic bag no larger than 11’’ x 11’’ (standard freezer bag). Food items are subject to visual inspection and thorough inspection if necessary. Bold Events reserves the right to deny food items from entry into the venue.
